Toning
Have you ever noticed when you hurt yourself
the first thing you do is hold the area with your hand?
Or if a child is hurt the first thing a mother does is hold their "boo boo"
with her hand and tries to make it feel better?
This natural response would suggest that healing with the hands is
instinctive.
LaHo-chi (pronounced lah hoe chee) is an amazing and powerful mode of hands on
healing. This work is done by a
Practitioner placing their hands on a person in specific positions on the body
allowing healing light energy to be delivered.
The energy is activated as the Practitioner acts as a clear channel or vehicle
for this energy to be delivered to the client.
The client sets an intention for what healing they wish to do on
themselves in the
physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
The client will then rest comfortably in a deep full body meditative
state and allow for the gentle and subtle but effective healing to take place.
Some people experience the most wonderful peaceful relaxation.
Some believe they go to sleep but are actually in a deep meditative
state. They can generally hear everything
that is happening around them.
Others
experience any mixture of feeling sensations or vibrations in or around the
body, tingling, heat, cold, feeling as if someone is lovingly touching them with
a feather, pin pricks, seeing colors, angels, past life events, symbols, hearing
messages or voices singing, smelling scents that are not actually in the room, a
sense of knowing or just a gentle feeling of loving beings present in the room.
For me personally, I had seen pictures or visualizations twice before my first
LaHo-chi experience, but going through this process greatly increased my
sensitivity and awareness. I smelled
roses and there were no roses in the room. My
sense of knowing deepened so much more. I
saw geometric symbols and past lives and almost everything since then listed
above. These experiences have been
very joyful.
LaHo-chi Healing can stand alone as a healing modality or it can be done in
conjunction with other healing modalities. Many
people have heard of Reiki or Therapeutic Touch which are very similar types of
hands on healing methods. It is my
understanding that LaHo-chi is a higher vibrational and more powerful energy
healing than Reiki at its highest level of practice.
However, they do compliment each other very well.
LaHo-chi is taught and practiced Internationally.
It has been practiced by Chiropractors, Nurses, Massage Therapist,
Psychotherapists, Philosophers, Acupuncturists, Aroma therapists and Ordained
Ministers to name a few.
LaHo-chi is an Ancient Chinese modality that was brought through to Satchamar, a
spiritual teacher, in 1991. The
story goes that the LaHo-Chi Master was a human being that spent many lifetimes
in ancient China
who reached Buddha consciousness.
The LaHo-chi Master consciousness can be accessed to work at the levels of the
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
This includes a balancing of the life-force energy by using etheric
acupuncture and the energetic essence of herbs, gemstones, color healing and
sacred geometric forms.

Energy
It is well known and understood in Chinese, Egyptian and Indian
medicine that the human body consists of or is made up of an energy field which
is called life-force energy. Some
refer to this life-force as “Chi”, “Ki” or “Prana” as well as other
names. This life-force energy is
made up of both external and internal energies.
The external being the physical world and the internal being our thoughts
and emotions.
Theoretically, everything is made of or holds an energetic vibration.
Each vibration is different ranging from very dense matter to light
energy. All things are energetically
connected; however, some can be more dense than others.
According to this theory, all things, people, peoples’ thoughts, words and
actions, peoples’ emotions, animals, trees, water and even rocks, etc. have
their own vibrational energy. The
Earth has her own vibrational energy. All
things are connected vibrationally, so one human being connected to another is
One, just as one human being connected to an animal is One etc.
Since all things are One and we all come from the same source on an energetic
level, healing can be done from one person to another without two people being
physically together. LaHo-chi and
any energetic work for that matter can be done remotely, as well as in person.
The study of Quantum Physics proves this.
This means, I can use my body or another person as a surrogate to assist
you in healing your own body.
A person can be in another part of the country and at an agreed upon time the
person can lay down and meditate and I can be a surrogate and with intent have
the healing energy be sent to that person wherever they are.
The intent a person holds is very powerful.
Since all thoughts and emotions are energy and a specific vibration,
intent would then hold this vibration. Two
sources of information I can
recommend are the books ‘Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting’ by Lynn Grabhorn
and the Abraham Hicks collection on Universal Laws.

Energetic
Levels, Layers or Bodies
Most people have heard of Auras.
An aura is an energetic projection of the levels of energy the body has.
These levels can be and are often called bodies.
Each body in succession holds a higher vibration and is less dense.
Each body starts in the previous body then extends out surrounding the
previous body like a layer outside the previous body.
All the bodies are sensitive to and affect each other.
True health depends on all the bodies being in balance individually and
with each other.
The physical body is the body we see with our physical eye sight.
This is the body that can hold disease and illness.
It is the body in which we are able to experience our physical existence.
It is the most dense of our bodies. It
is also the body through which we can take action to complete our life’s
purpose.
There are many sources of information about the energetic levels or layers of
the body. So you may find different
descriptions depending on the source.
The first body in an aura which starts in the physical body and extends out a
couple inches is the Etheric or Vital body.
It is named etheric because the nature of this body is from ether, a
state between matter and energy. It
is named vital because it is the source of vitality.
The etheric body is made up of the life force as are all the bodies in the aura.
Two energy centers you will find in
the etheric body are meridians and chakras.
Meridians are pathways where points are found called chi points.
Energy enters the physical body through these chi points along the
meridians.
Chakras are wheels of energy systems with entry points in the etheric body.
There are seven primary chakras. These
will be discussed further below.
The body next to the etheric body is the Emotional body.
This is also called the Astral body.
This body is connected with feelings, is more fluid and extends about one
to three inches from the physical body.
Next is the Mental body which gives us direction.
It holds the energetic frame work for our thoughts, ideas and creativity.
It extends three to eight inches from the physical body.
The fourth body is the Spiritual or Causal body which gives us our life purpose.
This body is the body of the I AM consciousness, the source of One, and
the energetic frame work for feeling in harmony with the Universe.
There are more layers beyond these first four layers
as well.

Chakras
There are seven major chakras located in very specific regions and
are associated with a specific energetic color, a specific tone of
sound and each have a specific energetic characteristics. Keep in mind
there are other smaller chakras.
The First chakra is called the Root chakra.
This chakra is located at the base of the spine.
It's color is Red, it's tone is the note “C”.
This chakra is associated with grounding with the earth, physical
vitality and creativity.
The Second chakra is located just below the naval.
It's color is vibrant Orange, it's tone is the note “D”. This
chakra is the energetic center associated with emotions and sexuality.
The Third chakra is located at the solar plexus which is just below where the
ribs come together below the chest. It's
color is brilliant Yellow, it's tone is the note “E”.
This chakra is the energetic center associated with personal power,
personal will and intellect.
The Fourth chakra is located at the level of the heart.
It's color is Emerald Green and is said to have a touch of pink in it's
core. It's tone is the note “F”.
This chakra is the energetic center associated with unconditional love
and healing.
The Fifth chakra is located in the throat. It's
color is Light Blue, it's tone is the note “G”.
This chakra is the energetic center associated with communication,
expression and creativity.
The Sixth chakra is located at the center of the forehead and is called the
Third Eye. Its color is deep Violet,
its tone is the note “A”. This
chakra is the energetic center associated with intuition.
The Seventh chakra is located in the crown of the head.
It's color is White, which means it holds the entire spectrum of all
colors of light. It's note is
“B”. This chakra is associated
with our connection to divine consciousness
The chakra energy moves in circular motions.
Each chakra is affected by what is going on in the physical, emotional,
mental and spiritual bodies.

Toning
Toning is something that can be done during LaHo-chi sessions or at
any other time.
It is a form of healing using your voice.
Since our vibrations are made up of light and sound, healing with tones
or sound healing can be very beneficial in breaking up dense vibrations or
clearing blocks.
The chakras can be toned not only to break up blocks but also to balance them.
When the chakras are toned and in complete balance the body feels the
most delightful feeling of well being.
Toning can also be done on any area of the body to break up energy blocks or
move energy. Toning is very
effective in healing traumas or pain that has been held in the cellular make up
of the body.
There have been many systems developed for toning.
I was trained in a specific way but as I gained more experience in my
practice I have learned to listen more to my own guidance.
It is not at all unusual to tone without using any of these developed
systems. I usually tone by my
guidance.
Toning is not limited to just a sound of a note.
I have been guided to tone animal sounds as well.
I use my body as a sacred instrument of sound.
