You will find an explanation of several modalities that I can use to assist you in moving energy that may hold you in an energetic space that does not serve your highest good. It is my intention through an open heart to help educate those who desire to learn about what in their lives are limiting them, such as beliefs, perceptions and judgments. In recognizing and working with what is limiting us we can open our hearts more fully to our soul's potential and allow for greater expansion. We all have the ability to change and heal our own lives. I will offer you assistance in learning how to do that during a session together. You may feel guided to request a specific modality to assist you or you may find that a spiritually guided session will meet your needs and may utilize more than one modality.
